The most common mistakes and/or omissions have been listed below. Please double-check your entries before sending to the RAS of the NT:

  • an ANKC entry form will be required for each exhibit and for each discipline, eg. if an exhibit is entered in Conformation, Obedience and Agility plus Jumping it will require 4 forms.  A Trial dog entered in two classes, eg Excellent and Open, can be entered on one form.
  • ensure you have included the NACA levy/ies, as appropriate
  • all entries should be originals, no photocopies please
  • double-check exhibit's date of birth and class/es entered
  • ensure you sign the form
  • provide postal, e.mail and telephone contact details
  • ensure your relevant Canine Control membership number is completed
  • remember to include a self-addressed stamped envelope **
(for those exhibitors likely to be "on the road" and without a contact address in Darwin please indicate this on your entries, they will be held by the Show Manager and arrangements will be made for when you arrive in Darwin)

** The Royal is the only NT show that requires you to fill out an additional form to accompany your ANKC entry forms.  Also, it is the only event that sends out exhibit numbers in advance.  Other events will have exhibit numbers available on the day at the official table.
