In 2008 we trialled having pre-paid, booked sites.  It was a success and very popular.

The idea is to accommodate exhibitors wanting to set up in a particular area or those that require several sites located together.  Pre-booking a site is not mandatory and as discovered in 2008 there will still be plenty of space available for exhibitors that does not incur a cost.  There will also be a Hospitality tent available for those 'out of towners' that require shade, chairs and/or a grooming table.  This area will have tea and coffee plus an esky for use by visitors.

All bookings will have payment confirmed with the RASNT.  This can be done prior to entries closing, or when lodging entries.  Where possible first choices will be given, however Commercial Stallholders will be given priority.  The sites most likely to be sought after by Commercial Stallholders are those numbered 1 to 22 as they are along the fenceline and have better access to power.
